shipping & returns

we want your experience with us to be as smooth as possible! below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to you and what to do if it’s not quite right.


shipping

  • standard us shipping: always free for all orders within the united states - yay!

  • expedited us shipping: need it faster? currently, our fastest shipping option is 2-day delivery. costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. we are working on adding faster shipping options.

  • international shipping: we ship worldwide! international rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

important note: for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.


damaged or wrong items

we pay super close attention when packaging your orders, but we know accidents happen. if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we want to make it right!

  • reporting window: if you notice there's an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • what to provide: send us a note via email at hello@wearsmol.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

  • our solution: if the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect, we'll provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund.


returns & exchanges

if your purchase isn’t quite right for other reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

return guidelines:

  • items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

return shipping options: to make the process as easy as possible, we offer two ways to handle your return:

  1. standard return (buyer-managed): you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. in this case, you are responsible for the full cost of shipping. we recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

  2. prepaid return label ($8 flat rate): for your convenience, we can provide a prepaid shipping label via email. if you choose this option, a flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

how to start a return: send us a note via email at hello@wearsmol.com with your order number to receive the return shipping address and instructions.

exchanges: the fastest way to ensure you get your new smolfit, is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. initiate a return for your original item following the steps above.

  2. place a new order for the replacement item immediately. shipping to you is always free!

  3. once we receive your return, we will issue your refund (minus the $8 fee if you opted for our prepaid label).

this method ensures your new item doesn't sell out while your return is in transit!


refunds

once your return is received, we will notify you via email. once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
