standard us shipping: always free for all orders within the united states - yay!

expedited us shipping: need it faster? currently, our fastest shipping option is 2-day delivery. costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. we are working on adding faster shipping options.

international shipping: we ship worldwide! international rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
important note: for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.
damaged or wrong items
we pay super close attention when packaging your orders, but we know accidents happen. if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we want to make it right!

reporting window: if you notice there's an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

what to provide: send us a note via email at hello@wearsmol.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

our solution: if the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect, we'll provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund.
returns & exchanges
we hope you love your smolfit, but we get it, sometimes things just don't work out. we’re happy to offer free returns within 14 days of your delivery date!

exchanges: the fastest way to ensure you get your new smolfit, is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

initiate a return for your original item following the steps above.

place a new order for the replacement item immediately. shipping to you is always free!

once we receive your return, we will issue your refund
this method ensures your new item doesn't sell out while your return is in transit!
refunds
once your return is received, we will notify you via email. once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
