fit & sizing
why is smol different from other loungewear brands?
because we design exclusively for petite bodies 5’3” and under. we don’t “shrink” standard patterns. we engineer proportion from the ground up: rise, sleeve length, shoulder width, inseam, pocket placement, and overall balance.
what height is smol designed for?
primarily 5’3” and under. but because height isn't the main deciding factor on petite body types, if you’re above 5’3”, you may still love the fit depending on your proportions. check garment measurements for each piece!
is smol just shorter lengths?
nope! true petite design means adjusted torso length, knee placement, sleeve drop, hood scale, waistband depth, and silhouette balance. it’s proportion, not just inseam.
i'm petite but curvy — will this work for me?
yes! we fit across multiple petite body types. each product page includes a garment measurement chart detailing measurement notes to help you choose the best size.
we're working on expanding our size ranges to be even more inclusive across body types!
how oversized are your oversized pieces?
for boxy fit pajamas: intentional volume without drowning you. our oversized silhouettes are engineered to feel relaxed while still balanced on petite frames. however, size up if you want a super roomy feel.
fabric & feel
what fabrics do you use?
we prioritize soft, breathable, drapey fabrics that support real sleep, not just aesthetic lounging. fabric details are listed per collection on product listing pages.
will my smolfit shrink?
our fabric is pre-shrunk, however, pima is known for its long-staple fibers, which are incredibly soft but can still "settle" or contract slightly (usually 1–3%) after the first few wash-and-dry cycles. in order to expect minimal shrinkage please wash with cold water and lay flat or tumble dry on low heat. we highly recommend avoiding heat in order to maintain the integrity of our pima cotton! care instructions are listed per style on product listing pages.
are your fabrics sustainable?
our first stock of the galactic garden collection is made with fabric that is GOTS-certified organic!
we are currently working on GOTS-certification on our entire production process from fabric to sewing. stay tuned for an official announcement on that!
we’re committed to responsible production and continuously improving fabric sourcing as we grow.

are collections limited?
typically, yes! most collections are produced in limited runs. once they’re gone, they’re likely not restocked. but stay tuned on our social pages to hear any special restocking announcements!
will you expand beyond sleepwear?
the smoliverse is always growing and we're hopeful to expand into adjacent categories. however, smol will always be rooted in sleep and lounge first. stay tuned!
how does smol partake in socially & ethnically responsible manufacturing processes?
we want nothing to do with unethical production!! we exclusively partner with manufacturers that are wholly committed to social responsbility and ethical practices. our current manufacturing facility is a family-owned/operated factory based in lima, peru and strictly abide by ethical labor laws and standards.

where do you ship?
we ship within the usa & internationally!
how long does shipping take?
please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
shipping & delivery times vary depending on your location. however, standard shipping within the us usually takes between 5-7 business days.
do you offer expedited shipping?
at this time, our fastest shipping option is 2-day. trust us, we know what it's like needing something yesterday, so are working on adding next day options in the future. stay tuned.
can i change or cancel my order?
we may be able to process your cancellation if you're able to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. send us a note to hello@wearsmol.com with your order number and request.
for any changes, if your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us asap to make any adjustments.
returns & exchanges
what is your return policy?
we get it - sometimes things just don't work out!
we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date on unused & unworn items with tags attached. please see our shipping & returns page for more info.
